The newest fine dining addition to GC’s ever expanding dining options! It promises to be fine dining at its best with a touch of France. The welcome and service is what you would expect for a 5* hotel. The main dining area is quite informal and seems a bit too open for the class of restaurant they are going for. Prices are high but reasonable. The quality good and the presentation excellent. The menu is small and has a nice selection of meat and fish and has some game items too – something missing elsewhere in Gabs. We are looking forward to trying the new coffee bar & roof top terrace soon!
